Claudio came to accessibility after a 25-year career as a user experience (UX) designer, architect, and web developer. He was the founder of two web design firms, and his work has been internationally recognized with a number of awards.
Wolf Shlagman, CEO, Founder, Chief Angel
Wolf Shlagman, a life-long creative technologist, healthcare futurist and cognitive science evangelist, is currently CEO/Founder of Care Angel. Daniel Cadenas is a computer engineer with 20+ year of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Big Data. Currently, working as a Big Data Engineer at Ultimate Software, he is involved in building applications using Spark and Hadoop. Also, Daniel posses several certifications such as Cloudera Administration and Google Professional Data Engineer. Daniel is a Data Scientist enthusiast with hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning.
Luis has over 17 years of professional experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining software applications using Microsoft and Java technologies. Amazed by the simplicity of maintaining and implementing code using the cloud environment, he stays updated with the new tools and technologies related to this world. Layla is a research analyst at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where she gets to combine her passion for R programming with cancer, substance abuse research, and behavioral health. She is also a D&I advocate, an organizer for R-Ladies Miami, and a #IamRemarkable facilitator. Aside from her professional loves, she is a zealous plant-mom and a wannabe wine connoisseur and food critic.
Viviana is Data Scientist at Zimmerman Advertising. MS in Data Science with a background in mathematics and journalism.
Curiosity sparked interest at the early age of 10 while playing the classic snake game. While figuring out how the game worked, that interest turned into passion. Fast forward 22 years, Kavin is now an experienced full stack engineer with a demonstrated history of delivering enterprise applications from stem to stern. He is also an avid enthusiast in developing IoT, Mobile and Web apps on Google Cloud Platform.
Roly is a technology and data nerd who earned his BS and MS in Computer Science from Florida International University. He has been working in South Florida tech in various engineering roles for the last 10 years, having worked at Ultimate Software, Magic Leap, and currently at TaxFyle.

Danielle Cox has been developing for 35 years. She is currently being paid mostly for Kotlin/PHP coding, but has convinced her company to use Flutter going forward. After being invited to Google I/O, she has launched the Flutterfly YouTube channel hoping to convert even more people.
Mash Zahid is a management consultant who codes artificial intelligence systems that leverage sophisticated predictive and prescriptive methods to deliver omni-channel growth in competitive global markets. Mash has had successful strategy and data science engagements in recent years at Amgen, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Gartner, Johnson & Johnson, Subaru, and hedge funds.
As an immigrant, and a minority woman, Darlene's passion is to advocate for equitable education for all students and to encourage girls and minority students to thrive academically, especially in STEM. She started teaching science in 2007 after obtaining a BS in Biological Sciences and a BA in Sociology at FAU and received her MS.Ed in Science Education at NSU. She completed a Web Development certificate program at UM which kicked her involvement with Girls Who Code in 2018. She loves the work that GWC is doing to increase diversity in the tech industry.

Yasmary (aka Yaz) made the executive decision to become a programmer at the age of 9 when she deleted Windows 3.1 via DOS (and then deleted UnDelete). She is passionate about nurturing tech Communities as well as helping women, underrepresented groups, and students in tech. Yaz has tried over 1,400+ unique beers (= Beer Snob) and brews her own beer!
Ruth is part of the Product and Strategy Team at Ultimate Software, a leading cloud provider of global HCM solutions. In her role as Vendor and Technical Manager she is responsible for the management of contract manufacturer vendors to build best in class UltiPro Time Collection Devices. Throughout her career she has always been an active member of diversity and inclusion groups, the latest being AnitaB.Org South Florida Liaison Women in Tech Leader.
